Ingredients

How to make it

  • Heat up the olive oil in a skillet (or use cooking spray and a frying pan if you would rather). Saute the chicken breasts until they are cooked all the way through (no pink when it comes to chicken people. The juice needs to be clear. Now set this aside. Preheat your oven to 375 F (or 190 C.)
  • Unroll 4 good-sized crescent rolls. Layer each roll with 3 thin-to-medium slices Brie, 3 or 4 leaves spinach and 1 slice of prosciutto. Place a chicken breast in the center of the dough. Wrap the dough around the chicken until it is completely covered. Place it on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven for 12 minutes or so (they will turn golden brown...like all good foods).

I made this tonight! It was very good. My kids LOVED it so much they asked for seconds. It's definitely a keeper and kid friendly food.
I don't know if I had the correct cresent rolls or just really big breasts. I needed two cans of cresent dough to cover them, half a sheet per breast.

This sounds great! I love the idea of using the refrig. crescent rolls. I've only made the traditional with bread crumbs and pan frying. It's so much trouble I rarely make it. THIS I will try!

Dude, I made this and it was sooo good. I wrapped mine in two crescent rolls - to make a rectangle. I'll upload a pic of them pre-cooked.
