Ingredients
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
  • 4 (1/2 ounce) slices prosciutto
  • 8 ounces Brie cheese
  • 1 bunch fresh spinach, rinsed and stems removed
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 (10 ounce) can refrigerated large crescent roll dough

Directions
  1. Heat up the olive oil in a skillet (or use cooking spray and a frying pan if you would rather). Saute the chicken breasts until they are cooked all the way through (no pink when it comes to chicken people. The juice needs to be clear. Now set this aside. Preheat your oven to 375 F (or 190 C.)
  2. Unroll 4 good-sized crescent rolls. Layer each roll with 3 thin-to-medium slices Brie, 3 or 4 leaves spinach and 1 slice of prosciutto. Place a chicken breast in the center of the dough. Wrap the dough around the chicken until it is completely covered. Place it on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven for 12 minutes or so (they will turn golden brown...like all good foods).

These look delicious! I think I might make these for my husband at the weekend!

Sounds wonderful! I like the twist of using the Brie.

This is a really nice twist on the bleuuuu.. i have a recipe that calls for a light batter.. it always comes out messy... i really like the idea of the dough!

Simple, beautiful, tasty and satisfying! What more could you ask for.

Wow, this looks delicious! I can't wait to try it.

Dude, I made this and it was sooo good. I wrapped mine in two crescent rolls - to make a rectangle. I'll upload a pic of them pre-cooked.

I like the idea of this Kris and the refrigerator rolls make it even quicker
I am keeping this one

Got this one saved! It sounds really good.

Ok, I made this, only substituting swiss for the brie (my family aren't fans). Sooooo easy and DELISH! Good recipe, thanks!

This looks fantastic!

This looks amazing!!! Thanks!!

This looks amazing!! Bookmarked this one, can't wait to try it. Thanks.

This sounds great! I love the idea of using the refrig. crescent rolls. I've only made the traditional with bread crumbs and pan frying. It's so much trouble I rarely make it. THIS I will try!

I made this tonight! It was very good. My kids LOVED it so much they asked for seconds. It's definitely a keeper and kid friendly food.
I don't know if I had the correct cresent rolls or just really big breasts. I needed two cans of cresent dough to cover them, half a sheet per breast.

Love Chicken Cordon Bleu but I've never made it myself. Got to try it!

I didn't use the brie I hadn't any. I used 1/2 really good Swiss and 1/2 fontina. It was very good, and quite easy.
