This is funny!! the seasoning that I use it called Slap yo mama...it is made by Tony Walker and his sons from Ville Platte,La. If you get a chance try it...really good stuff...Your recipe sounds dishish!! will try it.....thanks again for wanting to be cooking buddies....

It's getting to be about that time for a good pot of chili...its almost a staple in my house, for the colder months. Since we do like Shiner, no need to run out for it. :-) Thank you for posting this! It sounds wonderful..BTW if you freeze the sausage and just start to defrost, the skin peels right off with no trouble at all!!
