Sweet and Spicy Pork Tenderloin Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • With 2 tbls. of dressing, baste pork
  • Mix dry ingredients and rub all over pork
  • Mix remaining dressing with honey, set aside
  • Grill pork over medium heat to sear
  • Place over indirect heat and cook until done.
  • Last 5 minutes of cooking, baste with honey mixture.

    I'm going to do this over the grill as soon as the snow get's off my grill cover...LOL. We have had snow for weeks and I have a snowman with a noose aroung his neck ready and waiting.

    It took me until now to try this but it was excellent! I used the indoor grill and the pork came out juicy and tender. I was a bit worried that without a cover and indirect heat like there is on the BBQ it might not work as well. The seasoning was wonderful and the whole family agreed that this is DEFINITELY one to repeat, often! Thanks again for the great idea.

    This sounds great. I have an electric grill so will try it this week indoors as -35 is too cold to use the gas grill on the deck and spring is a LONG ways away! Thanks!
