Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. pork tenderloin

1/4 cup Catalina dressing

1 tsp. chili powder

1 tsp. garlic powder

1 tsp. dry mustard

1/2 tsp. paprika

1/4 tsp. thyme

1 tbls. honey

Directions

With 2 tbls. of dressing, baste pork

Mix dry ingredients and rub all over pork

Mix remaining dressing with honey, set aside

Grill pork over medium heat to sear

Place over indirect heat and cook until done.

Last 5 minutes of cooking, baste with honey mixture.

It took me until now to try this but it was excellent! I used the indoor grill and the pork came out juicy and tender. I was a bit worried that without a cover and indirect heat like there is on the BBQ it might not work as well. The seasoning was wonderful and the whole family agreed that this is DEFINITELY one to repeat, often! Thanks again for the great idea.
