Ingredients
- 2 Lbs. ground chuck
- 1 Tablespoon onion powder
- 1 Tablespoon Donnie’s Cajun Seasoning Mix (or equivalent) (Recipe on my recipe page)
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
Directions
- Place the ground chuck, onion powder, worcestershire sauce, and seasoning mix in a large pan.
- Cook over medium heat.
- Stir frequently until beef is brown (trying to leave meat in marble size chunks).
- Drain off the excess fat and grease.
- Serve and Enjoy.
