Ingredients

How to make it

  • Place the ground chuck, onion powder, worcestershire sauce, and seasoning mix in a large pan.
  • Cook over medium heat.
  • Stir frequently until beef is brown (trying to leave meat in marble size chunks).
  • Drain off the excess fat and grease.
  • Serve and Enjoy.

    I never think to serve hamburger 'on it's own'; usually I mix it in with a sauce or it's meatloaf or burgers. Neat idea, and a nice change of pace. Simple, too. Thanks for sharing! - Natalie

    My kids will love this one... they like all their food seperate, meat, vegies, pasta, potatoes... They don't know why I always mix things together. They'll like this "just meat" dish.
