Marys Mexican Alfredo

A friend of mine came tonight and made this.. It was WONDERFUL! I actually paid attention.. Named it after her.. Mary!
Ingredients
- 1 pound or more bow tie pasta cooked shopping list
- 1/2 stick butter shopping list
- 1/2 sweet onion sauteed in the butter shopping list
- 2 serrano peppers shopping list
- 1 16 oz jar of Creama Mexicana.. it is like a sour cream but milder shopping list
- called Mexican style table cream shopping list
- 1 8 oz package cream cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Boil the pasta
- While this is cooking
- Saute the onions
- put the creams in blender with the Serrano pepper
- add the onions
- whiz
- Pour sauce over the noodles and stir
- Serve
- This was so quick.. and good.. has a bite, but not hot..
- Yummy
