When warmer weather is around I think simple cooking is the best! Here is a family favorite in our house! Enjoy! :)

Ingredients
- 2 large sweet onions (Vidalia, Hawaiian etc.)
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 c crushed cornflakes
- 2 t sugar
- 1 t paprika
- 1/4 t garlic salt
- 1/4 t seasoned salt
Directions
- Cut onions into 1/2-inch slices; separate into rings.
- In a shallow dish, whisk eggs.
- In another shallow dish, combine the remaining ingredients.
- Dip onion rings into eggs, then coat with cornflake mixture.
- Arrange rings in a single layer on greased baking sheets.
- Bake at 375˚ for 20-25 minutes or until tender.
