Redneck Potatoes

This is a great side dish to go with any grilled food or anything else as far as that goes. Great flavors!
Ingredients
- 4 lbs new potatoes, quartered shopping list
- 16 oz bottle Ranch style dressing shopping list
- 1 bunch green onions shopping list
- 1 jalapeno chopped(optional) shopping list
- cajun seasoning to taste shopping list
- salt/pepper shopping list
- 4 cups Shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Pre-heat oven to 350
- Cook potatoes in water until tender approx. 15 min, drain
- place potatoes in 13x9x2 baking dish
- season with salt/pepper and Cajun seasoning to your taste(don't be shy with the Cajun seasoning)
- Pour Ranch dressing over potatoes
- Add green onions, chopped jalapeno and mix until potatoes are well coated
- Sprinkle with cheese and bake in oven until bubbly
