Leftover Halloween Candy Cookies

- 1/2 cup butter shopping list
- 1/2 cup shortening shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup brown sugar shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 2 tsp vanilla shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 tsp baking soda shopping list
- 1 and 1/3 cups flour shopping list
- 2 cups of quick oats shopping list
- 2 cups of chopped up halloween candy probably best to stick to the chocolate varieties, we used kitkats,butterfingers, reeses M&Ms and peanut M &Ms. shopping list
How to make it
- Cream together sugars, butter and shortening
- add in eggs and vanilla
- mix together dry ingredients
- add into mix
- stir in candy
- drop by tablespoon full onto ungreased cookie sheet
- bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes
- Warning they kind of break easily but everyone knows cookie pieces are calorie free :).
