This recipe came from an estate sale in Plano, Texas in 1988. This is an awesome recipe and one that I make a few times a year especially when my brother come over. They are seafood lovers and rave about this recipe. Enjoy

This evening I tried this recipe on some friends and my family. They could not stop complementing me!! I used yellow raisins instead of regular raisins and I added some mango also. It was great!!! I made a spring salad with mandarin orange and rice noodles using a lite Asian dressing and some coconut risotto. It was the best!! Thanks Cat!!
