Here are a few of the recipes that I have made more than once!
Celery Vinaigrette - NotYourMomma, Killer Tomatoes - Wynnebaer, Grilled Stuffed Hamburgers - Mystic_River, Jack Daniels Chicken - Knoxcop, Seven Up Dessert - Henrie, Knock Me Naked Brownies - Henrie, Killer Italian Baked Potatoes - The Goldminer, Backyard BLT's - Darbar, and Italian Tomato Casserole - Coffeebean (I like this better in the oven so the cheese and breadcrumbs brown and get a little crusty. Recipe calls for microwave).

I made the Italian Tomato Casserole/saved and it was very good for how easy it was! I cut this way back to just one tomato (serving only me) so I kind of just eyeballed all of the ingredients to what I thought worked. Cut backed on the cook times as well. was very surprised at how crispy the bread crumbs get in the microwave....very impressive! Added my pic. It's not a very good one, but I tried to get a pic. of the tomatoes on a plate so you can actually see them and it was not pretty.

Yes, I did miss this! That is probably a good recipe for this time of year when one has to use store bought tomatoes. I'm glad you bumped it, although it looks like you already did!
I don't think we should make new threads, but that's just my opinion. As long as they are linked back to IMI and vice versa, I think that's fine! But - as I said - that's just my opinion.
