Ingredients

How to make it

  • Put ham on counter or cutting board
  • Spread carefully with softened cream cheese (about 1-2 tbsp each)
  • Put pickle on edge of ham slice
  • Roll jelly style
  • Put on plate and refrigerate 1 hour
  • Cut into slices (about 6-8 each)
  • That's it and they are so good, you find yourself eating them as you cut them up, Make lots of these for a medium to large group, you won't be able to keep up with the empty plate!!!!

I have been making these for over 30 years! They are a staple at every New years Eve,Daytona, and baby shower parties at my house. They are always requested for every special occasion and are devoured quickley.I do use "chip beef" in the place of the ham though. Thanks for sharing, and here is a high 5 for you.
