Olive Salad On A Stick

These make wonderful appetizers or sides to almost any meal. Just a little something different from the usual salad. Feel free to change up the olives to suit your taste. Enjoy!
Ingredients
- 12 spicy marinated green pitted olives (or any green pitted olive of choice) shopping list
- 12 whole grape or cherry tomatoes shopping list
- 12 leaves of fresh basil, washed and dried shopping list
- 12 mini fresh mozzarella balls shopping list
- 12 pitted kalamata olives shopping list
- 2-3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil shopping list
- 1-2 tablespoons basalmic vinegar, optional shopping list
- fresh ground black pepper, to taste shopping list
- 12 extra long toothpicks or 6" skewers shopping list
How to make it
- Thread all ingredients onto toothpick in this order: green olive, tomato, basil, mozzarella, and kalamata olive.
- Arrange onto serving plate.
- Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and basalmic vinegar (if using).
- Crack fresh ground black pepper over all, to taste.
- Serve.
