  • FRITO PIE DIRECTIONS
  • Slit bag open
  • Pour hot chile over Fritos
  • Sprinkle cheese over chili
  • top with lime flavored sour cream
  • top with Tobacco Onions
  • TOBACCO ONION DIRECTIONS
  • Heat oil in fryer or deep saucepan over med heat to 350.
  • Combine dry ingredients in bowl
  • add onions and toss
  • shake off escess dry mis and fry rings a few at a time for 8-10 min or until goldedn brown.
  • Drain on paper towels and keep warm until serving.

    This looks absolutely amazing. It must be an interesting mix of foods, too, where you live. I am on the coast, so we don't have that many Mexican influences food-wise. Thanks for this recipe!
