Ingredients

Chopped cooked chicken, about 2 to 3 cups

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 cup sour cream

1 can chopped green chilis

1 chopped onion ( I sautee mine before adding)

1/2 cup milk

1/2 tsp. salt

1 bag of Doritos, crunched up a little (any flavor, Taco and Nacho Cheese are great)

Grated cheese (Cheddar, Monterey Jack, CoJack)

Directions

Mix everything together, pour into sprayed casserole dish or 9 x 13 pan.

Cover with grated cheese.

Bake at 350 for about 35 minutes, or until very bubbly.

I've also added a can of chopped ripe olives to mine.

I TOTALLY made this tonight! It was really delicious and my husband loved it. I posted some pics of the finished casserole and of a plated portion. I'll admit I was a little concerned how the chips would come out since they were mixed in, but they turn out just like soft tortillas. Kind of like a deconstructed chicken enchilada casserole. YUMMY!
