This is a cheeseball recipe that my Aunt taught me way back in the 70's! It's easy, inexpensive, and people always RAVE over it. Wrapped tightly, it lasts in the fridge for up to 3 weeks! Hope you like it, enjoy!

Oh Judy that cheeseball is so pretty, I am just lazy and don't roll mine into a ball, I just leave it flat and spread crackers around the plate. LOL

Oh my goodness - this sounds so great! It reminds me that I haven't had dried chipped beef in ages...and there were several popular recipes back in the day that used it. Wow....I need to look into those, too. Thanks for the wonderful recipe. I'm saving this to try soon.
Dried chipped beef....(wanders away humming)... =)

Had to check your dried beef cheeseball, and I think you're right it sounds like the greatest.
I don't think I have ever had it with A-1 Sauce in it sounds yummy. I will definitely give it a try. Thanks

Love the chipped beef inclusion. Count me as a big fan. Even the old s.o.s. is a favorite here.
