MMMmmmmm!! I love Egg Foo Yung!! And, thanks for adding the sauce recipe too (I've had to 'fake it' in the past...I was close, but always missing the vinegar!!) Great recipe, got me drooling already, Bob :)

The first Asian dish I ate as a kid was egg foo yung. It's always had a special place in my taste buds.
Thanks for this, Robert. I will print it and try it very soon. I'm interested in your sauce, too. I would love to find the sauce that was so popular at Joe Huie's Restaurant on Lake Avenue in Duluth.

Nice posting here kido - I will definitely save this one and try the next time I want to do Chinese at home!

Egg Foo Young is one of my favorite things in the world to eat...I've never made it because I didn't have a recipe for the gravy....You have saved the day for me....Thank you Bob...:)

Thanks, Robert! My Mom loves this and at 89...she gets what she loves. Great post!
