I love Egg Foo Yung and like robertg says it's like stew and you can use just about any ingredients, leftover or fresh! The addition of the vinegar to the sauce makes it great. IMI thread Robertgs Foo Yung

The first Asian dish I ate as a kid was egg foo yung. It's always had a special place in my taste buds.
Thanks for this, Robert. I will print it and try it very soon. I'm interested in your sauce, too. I would love to find the sauce that was so popular at Joe Huie's Restaurant on Lake Avenue in Duluth.
