That sounds great! I'm 15 pounds down so far...15 more would be nice! Thanks for the laugh and inspiration!
~Dawn

Having been going through weight loss the last 13 months and living with maintenance for the last 7, I can relate to this so much! I say it get's published and becomes like a weight loss bible LOL! I'm going to write this down and put it on my fridge. :) 70 lbs gone forever!!!

I REALLY need to lose weight so I am going to cut out your breakfast altogether, skip the spinach and tea for lunch and have the kiss. The afternoon tea menu is a must. I'm throwing out the pizza and bread(way too fattening)for dinner increasing to 6 glass of wine and stuffing the late night snack with the snickers. Daummm I am so relaxed, I think I may have to repeat this diet tomorrow... Jim

It would seem funnier if I didn't relate to it so much!! Keep them coming Jett!

Love this Jett! Needed the laugh. Only thing missing is a few drinks of Vodka mixed with whatever.

And isn't this exactly the way dieting goes??? I agree with Jenniferbyrdez, however, make mine gin.

Perfect!

Thanx,
Sunnee

LOL I love it!

Love it!!

We need more like this! thanks my friend. Mare

Funny! JJ

Very nice!

You hit it on the nailhead, Girlfriend! I think we can all relate to this one, lol! --Kn0x--

You're so funny Jett. This is so true!

WoW! What a diet! I think I need to re-adjust my diets! Yours are so much better =D

Its the cheesecaKe that finally calms me down. LOL

Since I don't eat 3 real meals a day, I'm just gonna have to skip the first 2 and do dinner

I feel less stressed all ready! Have a good girlfriend who always orders dessert first at restaurants, because we never have room. So we start with dessert. First time she did that with my kid, she became the wee one's favorite person in the world. As all adopted aunts should be. Hugs, sweetie.

I have had a good giggle over this one, thanks Jett.

I've been on this diet before:-) Love NYM's comment about her friend-like they say-Life is uncertain, eat dessert first!

This is a diet???! LOL I love your sense of humor!!

Love it, may I ask for permission to reprint this on my blog? I must share your diet secrets!

This is a HOOT! Now I understand why I haven't been losing lately ~ I didn't know about your wonderful diet! Actually, this is one of my 'up' years, really could use the support to get it together. I guess I'll have to pull out my 'good girl' recipes for y'all. In my old age, I've learned that carbs make me fat. A teaching partner and I went low fat one year; she was really into it and ordered me to keep the food journal, etc. ~ I ate fewer fat grams than she and she lost twice the weight. When I dropped carbs a few years later, the weight came off pretty easily. So, what's my problem? I think it's STRESS! Blessings! ;o)

LOL! That is exactly how it goes! How funny!

That was too funny!
Thanks for the pick-me-up!

Wow! I've been dieting all this time and didn't even know it! This was funny! Thanks!
