Tzatziki

- 1- 750g container Balkan style yogurt shopping list
- 1 TBSP fresh lemon juice shopping list
- 1 TBSP extra virgin olive oil shopping list
- 8-10 cloves of garlic ; minced shopping list
- 1 tsp kosher salt shopping list
- 1 c. peeled, seeded, grated cucumber shopping list
How to make it
- Place 4 layers of cheesecloth over a bowl. (secure cheesecloth around the bowl with a rubberband)
- spoon yogurt onto cheesecloth. Leave for about an hour to drain. just leave on the counter- it won't go bad.
- When the yogurt is thick enough trasfer to a clean bowl
- add all ingredients and mix well.
- chill at least an hour in the fridge.
- serve with greek pita , as a sauce for lamb or on salad.

Wow! That's's a lot of garlic! I LOVE garlic and Tzatziki both so I'm up for the challenge! You have my 5 for courage alone. Although I'm sure the recipe is a good one.
