Good flavor. Made it on the thin side on purpose this time. I'll make it up right again sometime soon.

Can't wait to make these tonight for our friends' "Christmas Dinner!" Think I may add some garlic - just because I love garlic. :)

This sounds delish! I'm always looking for awesome variations on potatoes (my hubby is very much the chicken and potatoes man) so this is great. Definitely saving. Thanks a bunch!

I have to try these. They sound great. I'll get some potatoes at the framers market, and I'll throw some garlic sauce on top. I'm printing this one. You got my 5. L.

I've always boiled the potatoes, then mashed them. I've never used baked ones, yummy! Good call with this recipe!

This is one of my favorite ways to make mashed potatoes That buttermilk just adds the perfect tang. I like that you're roasting your lovely, buttery-flavored Yukons and then just smashing them. I big 5 from me, hon - thank you!
