The Best Sour Cream Your Baked Potato Will Ever Meet

- 1 1/2 lb. mushrooms, chopped shopping list
- 1/2 onion, chopped (I've also used shallots) shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped shopping list
- 1 cup sour cream shopping list
- 1 tbls. soy sauce shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- chives, chopped to garnish shopping list
- olive oil to saute vegetables shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oil over medium heat
- Saute onion a minute or 2
- Add garlic and mushrooms and saute for about 10 minutes
- Cool
- Add to food processor and pulse until smooth.
- Add sour cream, soy sauce, and salt and pepper and pulse to blend
- If serving over potatoes, garnish with chives
- If using for dip, add 1 roma tomato, seeded and chopped then garnish with chives

nice! yeah baby yeah - spud lover here...and your 'dip' is calling me but bad! lol - love the ingredients - now all I have to do is get me some potatoes I have everything else including the needed appetite!
