The Best Sour Cream Your Baked Potato Will Ever Meet Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • Heat oil over medium heat
  • Saute onion a minute or 2
  • Add garlic and mushrooms and saute for about 10 minutes
  • Cool
  • Add to food processor and pulse until smooth.
  • Add sour cream, soy sauce, and salt and pepper and pulse to blend
  • If serving over potatoes, garnish with chives
  • If using for dip, add 1 roma tomato, seeded and chopped then garnish with chives

    Made this last night, and it was a big hit!! LOVED it. I didn't process the onions and mushrooms, just gave them a fine chop and left them in that form. We loved it!!

    I'm a fan of baked potatoes, usually eat them first and just take the steak or whatever home to eat later. This will make them even better. Thanks!
