I had this for lunch yesterday at my neighbors house.... All we had to go with it was corn bread... It was wonderful.....You have to try this...

Do you soak fresh okra in vinegar to keep it from getting slimy, or does the other ingredients in the recipe take care of that? I have about a pound of fresh okra and was just wondering. This sounds totally delish! I will just love this!
