Ingredients

1 prepared chocolate graham cracker pie crust

8 oz softened cream cheese

2 cups powdered sugar

2/3 cup Peanut Butter

8 oz carton cool whip

1/3 cup whole milk

1/2 tsp lemon juice

Directions

Mix together softened cream cheese, peanutbutter, and sugar

Add cool whip and lemon juice.

Beat with mixer until well blended

Pour into crust

Chill in fridge for 3 or 4 hours.

I made this, also, for a coworker's birthday. VERY good...I used a cup of peanut butter, and an oreo crust, and I topped with mini chocolate chips. Rich, creamy, and VERY well received. :) Thanks, jmatt!
