Ingredients

1 3/4 cupflour

1 teas salt

2 /3 cup cold water not tap water put ice in glass,then remove ice

2tea baking powder

2 tbl shortening

sift flour-baking powder and salt in a bowl

cut in shortening and water

mix tohold togather, knead untill smooth

Directions

let rise 5 minutes--roll out smooth and thin

cut into squares deep fry---

sprinkle with cinnamon sugar drizzle with warm honey
