Delicious and easy dip! I love kielbasa. Most times we slice and dice and pan fry, but this makes a great dip and I eat it with celery stick and cucumber rounds.

WOW!!!!!! This sounds SOOOOOOO good!!!!!!!!!

I just know this would be loved in my house. This seems like perfect football food!!

This is something I think I'll make when I have my Girl's Nite In in a couple of weeks !

It's going to be on the table for the Halloween party this Saturday night. I've got three jello molds in the frig tonight (bleeding brain, rotting hand and eyeballs floating in slime), the new kitty litter pan is bought for the kitty litter cake. Still have to get the stuff for the dirty bath water punch, make the booger sticks, bat wings, finger joints on Saturday. Whew! This and the veggie tray will be the easiest prep of the whole thing. It is really good, I know you will like it.

I am going to try this for the holidays but I think I am going to put in the microwave instead of oven. It sounds fantastic.

I just made this Saturday for my younger daughters Sweet 16 party and it was a big hit! The adults, as well as the teens, loved it! I made it as written except I put the kielbasa and scallions in the food processor along with the other ingredients. I'm having my older daughters birthday on Sunday so I'll be making it again for that party! This is a must try recipe! I added my photo :)
