Yummy - will try it.

Good recipe but, personnally I would not use salmon in this recipoe, it's too sweet a fish to batter and fry. (just my opinion)

We made this yesterday and it was just as good as I expected it to be. That Guinnness makes some fine and light beer batter...thanks! It's a keeper... =)

Hey great twist with the guinness. love it:)

This is just how my Mum use to do our fish & chips. I'll be in London next month so I'll be having my fish & chips out :)

Oh wow!!!This is the recipe I have been looking for. I love beer battered fish and this one is the best. I tried it last night and wish I had made more. Thanks a million cause this is a million dollar recipe.

I'm always looking for a good recipe for deep-fried fish & this one sounds really great. I'll certainly be trying it soon. '5' from me. Thanks

Sounds great! Most recipes would call from a brown beer, but I'm a stout person myself. Bet Wild Goose would work as a replacement.

This recipe will be a winner with the hubby, not only does he love to fish he is also Irish man who loves Guinness in his food. Thanks so much.
