Ingredients

3 potatoes, washed and sliced into 1/4 inch slices

1/2 tsp. garlic powder

1/2 tsp. onion powder

salt and pepper to taste

olive oil

Directions

Combine garlic, onion, and salt and pepper

Baste potatoes with olive oil

Sprinkle with spice mixture

Place on grill over medium low heat and grill 6-8 minutes

Turn over and grill , repeating above

Turn untl potatoes are fork tender

These were soooo good! I made a similar recipe from Allrecipes but those had to be microwaved first. I love the fact that with this recipe I could skip that step! So quick and easy! The only thing I suggest is to grill them on low heat because they started to burn. Other than that they were perfect! I think I'll use this recipe from now on! I added my photo:)
