These are great with a burger or chicken on the grill

Ingredients
- 3 potatoes, washed and sliced into 1/4 inch slices
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- olive oil
Directions
- Combine garlic, onion, and salt and pepper
- Baste potatoes with olive oil
- Sprinkle with spice mixture
- Place on grill over medium heat and grill 6-8 minutes
- Turn over and grill another 5 minutes or so until potatoes are fork tender
