Missouri Crab Grass Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 (10 oz) pkg frozen chopped spinach cooked and drained well
  • 1 (7 oz) can crab meat, drained
  • 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Crackers

Directions
  1. Saute onion in butter.
  2. Stir in spinach, crab meat and cheese.
  3. Heat through.
  4. Serve in a chafing dish with crackers.
  5. Makes 3 1/2 cups.

Glad I decided to see what this "crab grass" thing was all about - LOVE all the ingredients, so how can I not love this recipe?! Thanks, MA! (and I never saw anything like this the 6 years I lived in MO - but then that was back in the "dark ages"...1970's...yikes, that sounds OLD now!~)
