Missouri Crab Grass

Best of The Best from Missouri cookbook. This will be good for your weekend get-togethers or holiday dinners.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped onion shopping list
- 1 (10 oz) pkg frozen chopped spinach cooked and drained well shopping list
- 1 (7 oz) can crab meat, drained shopping list
- 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese shopping list
- crackers shopping list
How to make it
- Saute onion in butter.
- Stir in spinach, crab meat and cheese.
- Heat through.
- Serve in a chafing dish with crackers.
- Makes 3 1/2 cups.
