A different dip for all that fresh fruit we love to eat.

- 1/3 to 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips, any size but I prefer the mini chips
- 1 container ricotta cheese, 15 oz.
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- Pistachios, chopped
- 1 container Cool Whip
- Chocolate chips and pistachios for garnish
Directions
- In a mixing bowl, add sugar, ricotta cheese, vanilla and chocolate chips
- Stir until well blended
- Fold in Cool Whip and pistachios
- Sprinkle with chips and pistachios to garnish
- Chill 1 hour
- Serve with fresh fruit
