Krumkake / All my dishes 2 years, 7 months ago
While this isn't truly a mousse filling, it's quick and easy. I've been making this for years and it's always a favorite.

Oh, this was my absolute favorite dessert as a child! (And yes, Krumkake is my mama, so I can speak specifically to THIS yummy recipe.) I really have to make this sometime soon. I haven't had it in ages!

Mmmmmmm... I can't eat Cool Whip but I can imagine this tastes gooooood. This really stinks because I would love to try the recipe. The last time I checked the ingredients on a Cool Whip container it mentioned there was "Coconut Oil / Palm Oil" and I am allergic to Coconut products. Darn, I don't think there is a substitute for Cool Whip either unless I used real whipped cream ;-) Can you imagine the calories lol Well, I can always prepare it for others and sit back and drool.

Do you ever melt the chocolate or just use it grated?
