Oh yummmmmmm... My mother-in-law made a similar recipe but she added roughly chopped hard boiled eggs to hers and garnished it with freshly chopped dill. Thank you so much for sharing your recipe with all of us.

This stuff is incredible! I used lots of garlic when I made this tonite and it's fantastic. The parmesan cheese adds a nice touch, it gets all nice and browned and crunchy.

Found some imported authentic Hungarian paprika(sweet) at our neighborhood European meat market just the other day and I always have lots of garlic on hand.(Is there such a thing as too much garlic?) Will be trying this soon. Thanks,
    Betty

Yum! I love garlic and use it in almost everything, except dessert. LOL. I always use way more than what most recipes call for. One clove? Puhlease...
