2 Red Peppers

Cut and remove seeds

Process in blender

Add sugar and vinega

Cook for 40 mins.

Ingredients

2 large red peppers

1 cup of sugar

1 cup of white vinegar

Crushed pepper ( hot) * optional

Directions

Cut peppers, and remove seeds

Cut them in pieces

Process peppers in a food processor or blender until small pieces.

Bring to boil with sugar, vinegar and crushed peppers ( optional) and stir eventually, for 40 minutes or until mix is sticky and liquid.
