How to make it

  • Cut peppers, and remove seeds See Photo
  • Cut them in pieces
  • Process peppers in a food processor or blender until small pieces. See Photo
  • Bring to boil with sugar, vinegar and crushed peppers ( optional) and stir eventually, for 40 minutes or until mix is sticky and liquid. See Photo
2 Red Peppers   Close
Cut and remove seeds   Close
Process in blender   Close
Add sugar and vinegar   Close
Cook for 40 mins.   Close

    Annie this is fantastic I have made this on several occasions for dipping my Spring has Sprung Rolls and Crab Rangoons. I love the gorgeous color and magnificent amount of heat.

    I've been making this for years and it is one of the best tasting dips. We slather it on corn that we've grilled and it is delicious on burgers. Thanks-Sas

    Think this would be better the the roasted raspberry chipotle sauce I put over cream cheese.I like the idea of the fresh peppers. Thank-you for a great recipe.
