OK first we made this by the gallon. So I hope I got the ratio right.. This sauce we would whip up and call it "Our Secret Sauce." Every one wanted the recipe and we told them it was a secret, and TOO HARD for making at home. Read more They would buy extra to use with their chips! See less
Ingredients
- 2 cups good quality mayo. We used what they call heavy duty in the resturants. shopping list
- 1 cup green olives with the red in middle. shopping list

How to make it
- Put in processor and whiz until it's how you like it. We sometimes added some of the juice of the olives if needed.
- As the hamburgs have been retired after several years.... we now will share our "La Feria American Legion Secret Sauce!"
- It's good on fish sandwiches and many other things...

Yummmy, I love olives and I love mayo. This secret sauce has my name all over it. (I used to eat olive and mustard sandwiches as a kid) I know but I like olives.
